Anime Festival Asia Malaysia (AFA MY) 2012

Went to an anime convention last Sunday. Unexpected a lot of people went there.Guess the event has more fan than I thought (which is a good thing)  =)

Another anime that I remembered watching was s-CRY-ed from Sunrise Inc. Besides the famous Gundam Seed & Gundam Seed Destiny series and Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion  & Code Geas R2 ,this 2001 anime was like a hidden jewel from Sunrise.

Just like Gundam Seed dual protagonist Kira Yamato and Athrun Zala & Code Geas Lelouch Lamperouge and Kururugi Suzaku ,this anime consist of 2 main characters Kazuma & Tairen Ryuhou; what they see from 2 different point of view which eventually collide with each other. The details about the anime can be read here.

With excellent storyline & great theme songs (all were my favourites), this anime is not to be missed by any Sunrise Inc fan.

P/S The series was re-released and remastered in a two movie release comprising the entire series and promised new footage, titled s-CRY-ed Alteration & s-CRY-ed Alteration ll Quan in 2011 and here are the trailers for both movies.

Just remembered 1 of the anime I watched title Jyu-Oh-Sei aka "Planet of the Beast King". It was based on the manga with the same name and then adapted to anime. The details of the 2006 anime can be found here .

The reason I picked this as my interest was due to the storyline itself which was unique with other anime with the same genre. There was no linear line to who is good and evil as the only importance is survival of the fittest.
