Found it in Youtube. Here is the lost episode of Dexter's Laboratory titled 'Dexter's Rude Removal'

As many has known the episode was not aired during original run as it did not pass the censorship due to the episode have many cussing words in it. Even if the words were 'bleep', it still not run.

Thought the episode was lost,until now....
